Why your culture feels off
(and how to fix it)

Learn the 4 ways leaders rebuild standards and momentum FAST

Why does your team's culture suddenly feel... off?

Performance is “fine”, there’s no big drama. But something doesn’t feel right.

Energy is low. Standards feel frustratingly low. Meetings feel polite, not productive.

Most leaders respond by pushing harder, more reminders, more check-ins, more pressure…

But fixing culture isn’t about pushing people harder.

So in this live session, leadership and culture expert Heather Elkington will walk you through the exact process high-performing managers use to diagnose, reset and strengthen culture inside their teams.

What you'll learn:

  • The real reason most cultures drift

  • The fastest way to identify what’s really causing the dip in standards, ownership or momentum

  • How to fix the issues using the data, not guesswork

  • How strong managers maintain culture over time, so problems don’t quietly return
