The exact system I used to go from an overwhelmed manager to a confident leader

I didn't learn to lead by reading about it. I learnt by doing it, one small challenge at a time. And that's exactly how this works...

• 6 weeks (30 working days)

• A new challenge unlocks every weekday morning

• A quick, 2/3-minute video from me explaining exactly what to do

• One small but powerful action to take into your real working day

• In a community of 100s of managers across the globe to hold you accountable

FAQ's

Is the learning content live?

No, the sessions are pre-recorded and self-managed. Each morning a new video will unlock, ready for you to watch, digest and take away the action.

How much does it cost?

If you join us at the early-bird price (within 24 hours of opening), it's £279 (inc. VAT). The standard price is £299 (inc. VAT).

There's the option to pay in full or pay over 2 months.

I'm based in Australia/USA, will this work for me?

Yes, 100%. Although Heather is based out of the UK, we have designed every step of the challenge to work well across the globe.

All daily challenges are pre-recorded so you can watch them in your time-zone.

I've tried challenges like this in the past and they didn't work

I completely get that, and I've been there too. Most challenges fall apart because they take more time than you have or stay stuck in theory, so this one is built differently.

Each day is a three-minute teaching followed by one practical challenge you apply with your actual team that same day, so it fits around your workload rather than piling onto it. Every challenge also has a clear "done looks like", so you always know when you've finished and can see real change building week by week.

I'm not a manager yet, should I still join?

This challenge is very much built for managers, but if you feel ready to up-skill yourself then it will be super helpful to get that knowledge in early.

However I'd advise you only doing this if you have a leadership role in the pipeline, or your company want to get you up-skilled ready for that next step.

How long will I have access to the challenge for?

The challenge is designed to be completed over six weeks, so you can work through it alongside other managers and keep the momentum going together. That said, we know life and work don't always go to plan, so you'll have access until the end of the year to catch up or revisit anything at your own pace.

Do I get a certificate of completion?

Absolutely, each student will get a certificate with their name, the challenge and some other details sent to them on completion.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We’re so confident in the impact this challenge has, which is why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

The only condition is that you’ve genuinely engaged with the work, meaning you’ve completed at least 50% of the challenge. This ensures it has had a chance to do what it’s designed to do.

But if you’ve put the work in and it’s still not right for you, we’ll refund you. No awkwardness or questions asked!

How is this different to Fresh Start?

The Strategic Leadership Challenge™ is 30 short daily challenges spread across six weeks, each one a quick reflection or action designed to fit around a busy workload, so you're making small, steady changes to how you lead every day.

Fresh Start is Heather's in-depth bootcamp, where each week goes deeper into a core area of management and comes with a set of actions to work through.

If you want a focused reset that builds momentum through daily habits, the challenge is the right fit, whereas if you'd rather take your time and dig deeper into the foundations, Fresh Start is the one for you.

Already a Fresh Start graduate? We'd actually recommend doing both, because the challenge turns what you learned in the bootcamp into daily habits, helping it stick long after the course has finished.
